Next 9 and July 10 will be the second edition of the festival based in La Banda, Santiago del Estero. For the second consecutive year, and born as an original version of the National Festival of The Salamanca, Salamanca arrives Rock 2011, an event aimed at projecting this musical genre and in direct response to an old demand from young people across the region NOA (Noroeste Argentino).
